If you're here, chances are life has wounded you in some way. Mine certainly did.

This isn't a place where I'll pretend healing is easy. It's a place where we'll talk honestly about childhood trauma, addiction, incarceration, faith, survival and the grace of God that meets us in the middle of it all.

I don't have all the answers, but I know the one who carried me through.

My prayer is that every podcast episode, devotional, and story shared here reminds you of one simple truth:
